Happy shopping family trip - Hat Yai (Day 2, 09 May - 11 May 2012)

Before we started our ground tour, after we had our breakfast at hotel, we still had some time to stroll along the shops just beside our hotel. We found that there is a dim sum restaurant, we should be eating dim sum instead of hotel breakfast!! But, it was too late :(

At 9 am, our tour guide has arrived punctually to pick us up at hotel for the one day Songkhla tour. In the tour van, we comfortably sat and listened to our tour guide introduced the sceneries we passed by. Through the tour guide explanation, I understood more about Hat Yai culture and the living life of the locals.

I like Samila beach which makes me feel very relax to walk on the beach. The beach sand are white and quite fine and clean too. However, we reached there at the noon time, it was too hot for us to stay long period there... Else, it should be very nice that if we could play on the beach, since there are not many visitors on the beach.

Based on my research, another famous Hat Yai tourist attraction should be the Four Faced Buddha, Standing Buddha and Guan Yin Temple which located at Khao Tang Kuan Hill. But, it was not included in our ground tour package, therefore I requested our tour guide whether he can bring us to visit the place I mentioned, and of course we were willing to pay for the extra request. And luckily he willing to bring us there, yeah!! ^^ Thank you so much to work OT for us, Mr. Tour Guide :)
