It's been more than a month since I didn't update this blog... This is because I'm recently busy with many things, one of them is to prepare and do some homework for my next upcoming free and easy trip! So, I'm not able to update this blog so frequently now...
OK, let's back to my memory of my Bali trip. After we enjoyed the exciting sunrise dolphin viewing tour at Lovina, we checked out from the homestay bungalow and waited for our driver to pick us up at Banjar Hot Spring.
Banjar hot spring is a famous relaxing spot for the locals. The entrance fees for this hot spring are very cheap too (IDR 5,000). The hot spring water is maintained at 38 degrees of Celcius. Initially, I planned to visit this place during Day 2 (evening time) of the trip, but our driver advised that it won't be enough time to visit so many places in a day. So, we visited this place in the morning during our Day 3 trip.
We prepared our clothes to be soaked in the hot spring water and also towels (There are changing rooms, shower rooms and lockers provided). When we reached there, there were not many visitors there! But later on, many westerners arrived here too! This place is also becoming well-known among western tourists now! They were enjoying themselves swimming in the big pool of the hot spring water... But one thing you might need to be cautious of is - the bottom of the pool is quite slippery, so it is advisable not to walk too fast there!
We were the only Chinese visitors there, and there was a friendly local also chit chat with us when we were happily enjoying the warm hot spring water there... When we wanted to leave, the local who talked to us also bided goodbye to us!

It's my turn to enjoy this warm hot spring water ~ |
After we relaxed our bodies with the hot spring water, we took bath in the shower room provided there. Then, we happily packed our stuff and met our driver at the parking space. The next destination we were heading to - Twin Lakes (Danau Buyan and Danau Tamblingan). 'Danau' means lake in the Indonesian language.
It is about half an hour drive from Banjar Hot Spring to the Twin Lakes. On the way to the Twin Lakes, our driver drove up to the mountain and there were many beautiful natural sceneries along the way! It was a very pleasant and enjoyable journey for us!
