Discover City Life in Hong Kong Trip - 100 Years Before the Birth of Doraemon Exhibition (Day 7, 08 Sep - 14 Sep 2012)

After we had our lunch at 澳洲牛奶公司 Australian Dairy Co. restaurant at 佐敦 Jordan, the last stop we were heading to was 海港城 Harbour City shopping mall which located at 尖沙咀 Tsim Sha Tsui. The main purpose we went there was to visit the 「你睇!!多啦 A 梦嚟啦!诞生前 100 年祭」 '100 Years Before the Birth of Doraemon Exhibition'. Thanks a lot to my friend that provided this information to me before I departed to Hong Kong. Hence, I planned it as part of my Hong Kong trip's itinerary.

After we reached 海港城 Harbour City shopping mall, I quickly went to find the exact location of the outdoor exhibition where there are 100 Doraemon statues with 100 different gadgets and face expressions.

Once I found that location, OMG, the place was full of people!! How come all the people including the locals were also gathered here?? It was not public holiday nor weekend... So hard for me to take photos there, and also it was really hot at the outdoor!! Anyway, if you are Doraemon fans, hope that you enjoy reading this post :)

Our flight was going to depart at 6:15 pm, therefore we couldn't spare more time on photo shooting with Doraemon, we gotta rush back to hostel and headed to airport. If time permitted, I would like to spend more time here...

Due to we were too tired to carry around our luggages to the airport, therefore we took the cab. On the way to airport, I was too exhausted while sitting in the cab and nearly fall asleep. Also I got no more energy to take out my camera to capture photos of the 青马大桥 Tsing Ma Bridge inside the cab. (Wasted the opportunity and I'm regret now...)

After we reached the Hong Kong international airport, since we still had some time after we checked-in our baggages. So, we decided to shop around the shops in the airport. I bought a mini mooncake and some snacks from the 奇华 Kei Wah biscuit shop :)

Overall, it was a pleasant trip in Hong Kong. I really enjoyed the food, sight-seeing experiences and theme park in Hong Kong. Since this is the first time we visiting Hong Kong, so we were more focused on sight seeing but not shopping. Although we were always rushing and walking a lot during the journey, but we still able to cover to visit most of the attraction spots in the itinerary :)

Miss my holiday in Hong Kong, hopefully one day I can go there again... Time to save and collect more $$$ money for my oversea trips next year!! Anticipating for it now... I've used up my company annual leaves for this trip, gotta work harder now... Ganbate!!
