Exotic Bali - Pura Tirta Empul (Day 2, 27 Aug 2013)

Recently I am extremely busy, I even don't have much time to see TV shows... :( As I need to start to find new job opportunities (first priority task) then follow up with my new house renovation progress!! I don't have other time to think of other stuff... So I can't really update this blog so frequently for now...

Now we all don't really have the mood to do work for the company, therefore I steal some office hour time to update this blog (working from home today)... Please don't let my boss know, else I will be sacked immediately :P

After we visited the beautiful Tegallalang Rice Terrace, we headed to another famous tourist attraction - Pura Tirta Empul (Holy Spring Temple). This place is famous for its holy water, where the water is flowing out from the ground! The local Hindu Bali people go there for purification or to pray to gain good luck in the future. They will shower themselves in the holy water pool from head to toe.

I didn't bring extra clothes to change during my visit to Pura Tirta Empul. Therefore, I only touch the holy water to wash my face without soaking in the holy pool water. According to my research, while I was planning my itinerary, it is believed that if you were able to see two big fishes (one white and another black) swimming in the holy water pool, you will be lucky! But, I didn't see any of the big fish, I only spotted a lot of small fish in the pool. I will show you how amazing the holy water flows out from the ground in the video...
