After we tasted the most expensive coffee in the world - Kopi Luwak at Satria Coffee Plantation, we were hungry... So we headed to the next stop to have our lunch at Mount Batur, Kintamani.
Our driver helped us to waive the tax from the restaurant we had our buffet lunch - Grand Puncak Sari restaurant. The restaurant location is really strategic where it offers the guests to have a spectacular view of the active volcano mountain of Mount Batur while having lunch. Since the location of the restaurant is high above the sea level, therefore the weather there is windy and a bit cold. It is advisable to bring your jacket if you plan to sit outdoor to enjoy the mountain view while having your lunch there.
I enjoyed a lot with the breezy air while we were having our lunch there, however, due to the wind, our food became cold too. The restaurant is full house when we reached there... In addition, since I didn't pre-book to reserve the table, we couldn't get the best view location... So if you really want to try out this restaurant, it is better to pre-book in order to avoid disappointment!
