Stuff bought in South Korea

Before the trip, I know that Korea is famous for skincare and cosmetic products, so I listed down some products which I have to purchase during the trip. Since I don't really always make-up (I only make-up during occasions such as Chinese New Year, banquets and other important events...), therefore I only buy a few cosmetics products but a lot of skincare products...

When I reached the supermarket there, I only realized that there were so many special and delicious snacks. And, who knows that I also can't resist buying many packed food and snacks there. :P I really like to eat the snack which is only produced in Korea - Toppokei snack. Once I'd eaten it, I got addicted to it!!

For souvenirs, I like those Korean traditional culture stuff such as the Korean spoon and chopsticks which are different from the Chinese ones. I like to use the Korean spoon especially because it is useful to scoop for soup! Haha... :P I like the Korean Hanbok too, but it is a bit expensive, so I gave up to buy them...

Korea is such a shopping heaven, especially for girls... Please prepare more money if you are going to travel there :P

Beautiful Spring in South Korea - Myeongdong Street (Day 9, 12 Apr 2013)

Back from gym workout... Exercise can make me feel cheerful a bit :) I feel so great now although my body is tired... Next time I should try out the jacuzzi and swimming pool there... Hehe :P

Let me continue to update the last day of my Korea trip. During this day we only had half a day to spend in Seoul before we had to rush to the airport... In the morning, we quickly packed our luggage and checked out from Namsan 2 Guest House. Then, we walked to Myeongdong 明洞 street to have our lunch. The last chance for us to taste the yummy Korean food - fried Toppokei... After lunch, we still had a little spare time to shop for Laneige products (as previously the shop was closed when we wanted to visit).

My breakfast - Heart-shaped ♥ Korean strawberry

Every time we passed by this stall, it was not open for business... Luckily we can taste the delicious croquette during our last day of stay in Seoul :)

I bought the Adzuki Bean Croquette (KRW 1,500 each)

I like to eat this hot and sweet red bean croquette during cold weather (I finally remembered to wear my specs to the airport. I looked more mature in specs :P)

Lunch at Yoogane 柳民家 restaurant. To try the fried Toppokei here :)

Shopping for Laneige products at Myeongdong 明洞 street

After our stomachs were full with the delicious lunch and also done shopping in the Laneige shop, we reluctantly walked back to our guest house and our driver was waiting for us to fetch us to Incheon airport.

When we reached the airport, we quickly find out the procedures on how to get a tax refund. After done the tax refund and checking in our baggage then we spent some time shopping in the shops at Incheon airport. There are many shops there, we quite afraid that we spent too much time shopping there until forget our departure time!! Haha...

Overall, I enjoyed it a lot during this trip where I can enjoy shopping and sightseeing experiences at the same time :) And the main purpose of this trip was to view beautiful cherry blossom flowers... We were lucky that we were still able to see them on Jeju island, although most of them were falling from the trees which blew by the strong wind. In addition, during the last day of our journey to Incheon airport, we saw a lot of cherry blossom flowers blooming too. It was a breathtaking view, although we were just viewing from the car... Hope that I will visit Korea some other day again... :)

My boarding pass to go back to my home sweet home

On the way to find the tax refund counter

Spotted a musical performance!

Before we went to our boarding gate, we still had some time to shop around in the airport

Spotted a traditional Korean cultural performance, spotted the Korean 'King' and 'Queen'!

Spotted a few smart pilots!!

Many brands of skincare and cosmetics products can be found here!! We found that the Laneige products selling here are much cheaper than in Myeongdong 明洞 street!!

Time to say goodbye to Korea... (Cute hair-clip of the stewardess :P)

An-nyeong-hi gye-se-yo 안녕히 계세요, Korea...
